Job Responsibilities:

  1. Understand business objectives
  2. Conceptualise audience targeting, define ad formats, set up product catalogue lists on Google Shopping and Meta Catalogue Manager, etc.
  3. Help plan and set up campaigns, and execute ads on various channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Business Manager, etc.
  4. Monitor campaign performance/KPIs daily, share weekly/monthly reports of ads, help plan monthly budgets, and optimise campaigns regularly.
  5. Optimise target audience, ad copies and creatives regularly with the help of the content and creative team

Skills Required:

  1. Candidate should have hands-on experience in setting up and running SEM and performance ads (Google and Meta ads preferred)
  2. Candidate should have great work ethics and a can-do attitude towards work.
  3. Must be a team player and should have good communication skills.
  4. Good knowledge of commonly used MS-Excel functions and features
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  6. Must have a curious mindset to learn, research, and will stay up to date with the latest market trends and technologies
