Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Fashion Advisor to join our retail team. The role involves delivering personalized styling solutions, driving sales performance, and ensuring a premium in-store customer experience while representing the brand with professionalism and style.

• Customer handling and personalized styling assistance
• Achieving individual and store sales targets
• Product presentation, visual merchandising & stock upkeep
• Billing support and coordination with the store team
• Ensuring excellent customer experience and brand representation

Skills Required:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Sales negotiation and upselling abilities
• Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling
• Effective communication and active listening
• Visual merchandising and product display skills
• Basic billing/POS system knowledge
• Inventory handling and stock management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team collaboration and problem-solving skills
