Job Description:

• Design and develop menswear ethnic collections including sherwanis, kurtas, bandhgalas, and indo-western outfits
• Create innovative concepts blending traditional Indian aesthetics with contemporary trends
• Develop digital sketches and technical illustrations using design software (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.)
• Prepare mood boards, concept boards, and assist in pattern development
• Select fabrics, trims, embroidery, and embellishments suitable for occasion wear
• Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure quality, fit, and timely execution
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• Ensure designs align with brand identity and maintain high standards of detailing and finish

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in menswear or ethnic wear design
• Strong knowledge of Indian textiles, embroidery techniques, and garment construction
• Proficiency in digital sketching and design tools
• Good understanding of fit, finishing, and garment detailing
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
