Job Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition and sales journeys—how customers discover, engage with, and purchase products.
- Ability to pinpoint pain points in the customer experience and recommend actionable improvements.
- Proven experience in deploying new sales or service initiatives across multiple locations.
- Expertise in designing and delivering structured training programs to ensure seamless adoption by store teams.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including sales, operations, logistics, and customer service.
- Skilled in ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
- Expertise in evaluating competitor offerings and customer journeys to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in benchmarking internal processes against industry standards and driving process enhancements.
- Solid understanding of metrics such as cost per lead (CPL) and cost per order (CPO) to drive sales efficiency.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems (OMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for training and coordination.
- Strong ownership of processes, with a proactive mindset in setting up and improving workflows.
