Job Responsibilities:

The Fashion Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized styling and product recommendations. The role involves assisting clients in selecting outfits, promoting the brand’s image, and ensuring sales targets are met.

 

  1. Greet and engage customers, providing personalized styling advice.

  2. Understand client needs, preferences, and occasions to recommend suitable outfits and accessories.

  3. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service.

  4. Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.

  5. Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand guidelines.

  6. Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.

  7. Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges professionally.

  8. Maintain records of client preferences for future interactions

Skills Required:

  1. Strong sense of fashion, styling, and latest trends.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  3. Prior experience in luxury retail or customer service preferred.

  4. Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets.

  5. Pleasant personality, confident, and customer-focused.
