Job Responsibilities:

Conduct regular store visits to provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to store teams, including Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and front-line staff.

Implement structured OJT programs focusing on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and sales techniques.

Facilitate real-time feedback and guidance to improve employee performance.
Work closely with Store Managers to identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching.

Ensure smooth execution of learning programs via the Learning Management System (LMS).
Assign, track, and monitor completion of online training modules for store teams.

Analyze LMS data and generate reports to measure training effectiveness and compliance.

Conduct in-person training sessions for new hires, high-potential employees, and store leaders.
Deliver structured training modules on customer experience, leadership skills, and retail operations.

Skills Required:

  • Education : Graduation & Above
  • Experience : 5-9 yrs
  • 10- 12 days of travelling is required
  • 6 days working
