Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to attend story grooming sessions, gather requirements, and prepare technical impact documents.
2. Design and implement robust, high-performance PL/SQL programs, including complex functions, procedures, triggers, packages, and collections.
3. Develop and maintain unit test cases to ensure high-quality code, reliability, and functionality.
4. Deliver projects within agreed timelines while adhering to quality standards and best practices.
5. Perform database administration (DBA) activities, including performance tuning, monitoring, and optimizing database processes.
6. Provide thorough support during the production, post-production, and maintenance phases, quickly addressing any technical issues or enhancements.
7. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvements to ensure code maintainability and scalability.
8. Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshoot complex problems, and optimize existing processes for efficiency.
9. Stay updated with Oracle’s latest features, tools, and technologies, applying best practices in software development to enhance overall system performance.
10. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle-based applications with other systems and technologies.
11. Document technical specifications, processes, and system configurations, ensuring knowledge transfer and system sustainability.
